Bacteria: Friend or Foe?
This is a topic of extremes.
People either attempt to sanitize everything and look at you in horror if you dare sneeze in their presence...
Or you hear people say we should stop using soap..
yikes
Is there a middle ground? Where do you stand?

Swaps
Have you made the switch from conventional to low-tox?
Synthetic to natural?
Before taking the leap, most people doubt natural products can be as effective as conventional ones. The funny part is, they then get better results when they level up and ditch the drug store!
Did you doubt you could find anything to replace your ponds cream? Or your Pantene?
Share your best swaps!

I <3 Books
Am I the only one that loves a good book?
The kind of book you devour from cover to cover and wish it would never end?
Novels and biographies are great, but so are non-fiction health and wellness books!
Come on, I can't be the only nerd out there
Go ahead and share your most insightful books.

Diet Trends
There is always something new to try and a reason to try it.
There's basic diet advice like switching from a conventional processed food diet to an organic whole food diet. Pretty straightforward.
Then there are polar opposite diets like vegan versus carnivore.
What have you found beneficial and why? Did you stick with it indefinitely or just for a time?
Share your experiences!
