The recipe is very similar to homemade apple cider vinegar.

-combine muscadines, honey, and water in a mason jar
-add a fermentation weight and breathable cloth on top
-1st fermentation: 2-3 weeks
-2nd fermentation: 4-6+ weeks
-jar and seal for later use!
