I firmly believe in the recommended routine of bru I firmly believe in the recommended routine of brushing twice a day, flossing once per day, and using a mouthwash. However, for several years now, I have avoided certain oral hygiene products such as conventional toothpaste.

While I have many toothpaste brands that I believe to be safe to use and leave my teeth feeling clean, I really enjoy brushing with my homemade tooth brushing powder.

Mayonnaise is notoriously bad at the grocery store. Most store-bought mayo is just a giant tub of whipped seed oils 🤢. If you are able to find mayonnaise made with avocado oil, you may be wondering if it's even worth the extra money if it has undisclosed seed oils in it. Understandable!

My solution to this problem: homemade mayo! My mayo recipe does use avocado oil, but I would argue not ALL avocado oil is cut with seed oils. Similar to olive oil, cheap avocado oil may very well be rancid and not pure avocado oil. If you do a little bit of research and buy the best, you can be sure your food only has in it what it's supposed to.
