Homemade Dusting Spray

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp liquid castile soap
  • 30 drops lemon essential oil

Equipment

  • 1 16oz amber glass spray bottle
  • 1 funnel

Method
 

  1. Using a funnel, add 2 cups of water to an amber glass spray bottle.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of liquid castile soap to the spray bottle.
  3. Add 30 drops of lemon essential oil.
  4. Shake to combine.

Notes

  • Shake the bottle slightly before each use to incorporate the olive oil fully.
  • You can use unscented or scented liquid castile soap.
  • The lemon essential oil isn’t totally necessary, but a very nice addition!
  • If 2 cups of water is a tad too much for your spray bottle, you can reduce this to 1 ¾ cups.
  • Other types of oils can be substituted for olive oil. Experiment and see what you like best!
