All-Purpose Cleaner with Vinegar

All-purpose cleaner with vinegar is an extremely easy homemade cleaning product and a great first step in reducing toxin exposure in your home.

Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar or scented vinegar
  • 15-20 drops essential oils of choice (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 16oz glass spray bottle
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 funnel (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of vinegar (plain or scented) to a 16oz glass spray bottle.
  2. Add 15-20 drops of essential oils if desired.
  3. Shake to combine and start cleaning!

Notes

  • Always dilute vinegar with water prior to routine household cleaning.
  • You can make more or less than 16oz. The ratio of water to vinegar is usually 1:1, but can you make this weaker or stronger depending on what you are cleaning.
  • Be sure to never mix vinegar with the substances listed earlier.
